Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the date of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it in, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can email us at info@kansso.com and we'd be happy to assist you. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return label and pick up details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note the return delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Please allow up to 8-10 days for processing once your return is received and quality-checked at our warehouse.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at the time of purchase.

We offer exchanges within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange , you can email us at info@kansso.com and we'd be happy to assist you. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be in the same condition that you received it in, unwashed, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your exchange is accepted, we'll promptly ship out your exchange order, which should be delivered within 3-7 business days after shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The cost of shipping will be charged to you prior to your exchange order being shipped out. 

Shipping fees are covered by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount or be charge prior to the exchange item being shipped out.

No, we only accept returns of items that are unwashed, unused and secured in its original packaging.

You can send us a cancel request on info@kansso.com, the order can only be cancelled if it hasn't shipped.

It can take up to 15 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
